A majority of the units, 140, will be for people earning up to 60 percent of area median income. There will be 18 units for those earning up to 50 percent, 10 for those earning up to 40 percent, and 12 for those earning up to 30 percent.

Amenities will include a community room, recreation room and children play areas.
